  • Tried the "Repair" option in the launcher a few times.ĮDIT 3: Things tried after the intial thread:.
  • Deleted and let the game rebuild ShaderCache.Cooked/UserSettings.txt several times.
  • Steam is closed/not running and I don't have ESO in my Steam library, so I don't think it coule be a Steam overlay issue.
  • Tried to minimize the game when it happens.
  • Tried in Windowed, Fullscreen and Windowed Fullscreen.
  • It's basically a fresh install, so don't have a lot there.

  • Changed startup to only start Windows services, restarted.
  • Tried closing the launcher while playing the game.
  • Removed all addons, I was only using a handful of them, doesn't make a difference if I have them or not.
  • Switched ESO to "High Performance" in Nvidia control panel.

    My Drivers are all up to date, I use Driver Booster to scan, but also manaully checked several of them.Completely reinstalled Windows, was about due so one of the first things I tried.I've tired numerous 'fixes' from people who seem to have had the same issue in the past, including: It's hard for me to say for sure, since it does also happen outside, but all the times where I crash multiples times in the space of 10 minutes seem to be inside. This may be anecdotal, but it seems to be more like to happen indoors. I did go almost 2 hours this morning, but then had 3-4 in a short period of time. I would estimate I average 1 crash every 15 minutes or so. EDIT 2: This evolved into computer freezes and crashes too! I've recently returned to ESO (not played since 2014), I'm running into an issue where either my screen freezes but the game continues to run (can here the sounds from the game, can keep using abilities/jump etc) or the game just crashes. I've updated this first post with everything else I tried, none of it made much of a difference at all:

    I didn't overclock in the first places, so -90MHz from default fixed the problem for me. What eventually fixed it was underclocking my Videocard -90MHz.
